    First I want to say this has nothing to do with the food or the service. I think that both are excellent. But what I want to say is this I would like to see a restaurant that has good food and service should have long spoons for ice tea so we don’t have to stir with a straw. After we had eaten and ordered dessert we got long spoons. What do we have to do ask for the spoons? The last time I did I was told that it was a corporate thing not to have them available. Now how can that be if you have them for dessert? I think that as a corporation that STINKS. Also I would like to see the apple salad returned to the salad bar. I think charging extra for a salad bar is wrong with a meal as well if you use it as a substitute for a side. This is just my opinion.

    Worked at the location on south parkway in Huntsville, AL. It was AWFUL. The way the kitchen handles food, I’ve seen a bartender pour watered down Jack Daniels back into the bottle, watched a bartender spill a bottle Bud Light, the manager told me to fill it with club soda and serve to a guest, and was told I would never make it as a bartender because I am a male and Ruby Tuesday does not prefer male bartender… I was told this by a current assistant manager and a former shift leader. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

    Hej på er!Det är inte ok att byta ut en måltid mot en till frukost. Vi måste få i oss även de näringsämnen som är i fisk/kyckling/kött. Kaloriintaget och själva kostsammansättningen med fettykolh/drater/protein blir helt fel. Frukost är frukost och lunch är lunch och då ska vi äta mat Ni får njuta lite extra på morgonen /Louise

    Well first off it too an hour and a half for us to get our food, then my fish was Tokopia and not Salmon, the potatoes lood like they had sat all night when I sent them back twentieth minutes later u got Damon not the way I ordered it and not done. The Potato came later. By this time it was two hours and my family was able to eat, although the fries were cold and problem a few hrs old.
    The Store 7234- The Waitress had no clue. She lost our Ticket never turned it in, she and another waiter came running out of the kitchen looking for a ticket, found it and ran it back to turn it in, then came over today the food was on the way. 20 minutes later.
    Don’t care if you had a lousy night or are short handed. It’s part of the job. I wanted to eat and never got to. Thank goodness for the salad bar.

    Your staff need more math skills. Routinely, we acquire your coupons which offer $8.00 off enire bill or 50% offone entree with the pyurchase of two. On two occasions we frequented youe nearby establishment with coupons in hand. Generally, I allow the attendant to choose the apprpriate coupon to maximize OUR benefit. Usually, the $8,00 coupon maximized our billing since we normally order the more inexpensive choices. On Saturday, we decided to frquent your service: survey Code: 9976-6122-5146-4688. On his outing we splurged: Ribeye and hickory salmon at 19.59 & 17.59. Again I asked them to maximize my savings by offering the choice of the two coupons. I even hinted that our lower priced entree was over $16,00. Lo, I was afforded the $8.00 off. Simple math prowess should be part of your interview process for hiring.
