    I had a bad time at your burger king they got my whole order wrong. I ordered a double cheese burger meal with a mocka fepea they gave me 2 cheese bugers and a ice coffee then said could not make the frapea so i ended up getting a choc shake and my husband meal was not what he wanted a chicken sandwitch was small as can be real bad and it wasnt even buisy.

    I hate I threw away my receipt when leaving BK that had the survey code on it. Probably a good thing for BK that I cant take the survey without it. I can’t speak about any other BK’s not in South Carolina ( Midlands ) they are all terrible here. Customer service…huh. What customer service ??? Bottom of the barrel employees, which is usually just teens working there. Need more friendly people either/or more adult surpervision. Good thing I’m not a secret shopper for BK because I probably wouldn’t have anything good to say about any of them here in S.C.
    Compare BK employee customer service to say Chickfil-a. They can’t compare. Not even close. Stop hiring nasty ass, attidude kids with more glad to have a job, mature adult’s.

    Bought my kids two large biscuit and gravy this morning. The gravy was cold and had film on it, like it had been done a long time. Need less to say, my kids didn’t eat it. Called Burger King and the lady was so rude, and said there was nothing wrong with their gravy. And would not refund or even give a simple apology. Next time we will be going to McDonalds. This was the burger king on N. Main Street in London, Ky.

    The numbers that I have is not the right one, I put the store number in that’s right but I put the survey code in not right I did it 6times to make sure I not Tripping.

    I stopped going to Burger King years ago except the one at Pensacola, Florida off I-10 because the service is terrible. The last straw for me…I stood at the counter to place my order for over 10 minutes while the employees told jokes to each other and socialized… I turned around and walked out thinking to myself that the mis-managed company should go out of business if they treat their customers this way… Now three years later and I’ve been to that Pensacola Burger King twice, which isn’t much help to your failing company…but the people you hire to serve your customers are a reflection of your company…. Your empty parking lots tell the story and selling two burgers for $6.00 isn’t going to turn things around without training and managing the right staff to serve your ONLY HOPE….customers.

    I went threw the drive thru at burger king store #10189 on12/23/17 the girl’s name that took my order was Ashley she is very rude I will never go there again she over charges she said one total when I pulled up she charged me more then what she had told me my total was I asked for a receipt then she didn’t give me part of my order I went in and she seen me standing there a continues to talk about me like I did’ something wrong she needs to know a word called hygiene and they need to hire people with some customer service completely rude and I will never go there again

    I asked the drive thru worker why is it always like this. Please go around to the other side of the building there were only 2 cars present. He slammed the window in my face and stomped away like a little child. I then went and waited on the other side of the building for an additional 5 minutes and when he approached the car I asked him if they were short-handed inside he yelled at me yes handed the bag to me and stomped his feet really entering the building and I asked him what his name was he didn’t reply this store 5335 in Ocean Springs Mississippi order#34

    Seems like the employees are unhappy at the burger King on Highland and e st in San Bernardino, also that restaurant has fallen apart. It really needs an up grade inside and out. The table are dirty and restrooms need care. I understand the area is not great but their really be careful for paying customers.

    I’ve been going to Burger King for a very long time this Burger King at Bullard and Cactus is the worst Burger King I’ve been to their croissant was hard their cheese was dried to the to the rapper my sausage was overcooked my hash browns are burnt on my French toast sticks were also very crunchy just really unsatisfied with the service that I got there today also

    Most rude experience I’ve ever encountered with someone in a drive thru. First I asked what all came in the chicken salad, she tells me she did not know, then asks if I want my other food or not. I then asked her if she could look at the menu and provide me with the ingredients of the salad and was then told that she thinks it’s lettuce cheese tomato and chicken, she still had yet to check a menu. I order my salad and other food and get pulled up to wait for my food. She comes out to give the food, we asked if she could grab us some ketchup and ranch she then tells us that they were out of ranch and could not provide me any ranch mind you I ordered ranch with my salad we then ask her why she would sell me a salad with ranch if they didn’t have ranch she then tells me that they do in fact have bigger packets of salad ranch but were out of the small packs and that she would not give us any ranch. We tell her to please just give us the big ranch and some ketchup which was a fight to even get that we then ask for the manager and the receipt she tells us there is no manager and then proceeds to take 15 minutes just to get us our receipt. All in all VERY UNSATISFIED and corporate was called. This was the Lancaster ohio, memorial drive location.

    Was that your establishment on 419 today October 7/2017 at 1:56 p.m. the drink counter had drinks spilt all over it to catch up container was dirty the service was poor the hamburger size was almost the size of a sausage biscuit if not smaller was not pleased with my visit I think it’s the worst one other than the one on West Main Street that I’ve been in in Salem Virginia

    Was at North Conway location last night and was very disappointed with the cleanliness and service, upon looking at the other side of counter was fries and empty cups all over the floor and I saw a half eaten salad beside the register and while waiting for my order I witnessed the male worker in the back throwing empty bags to where I don’t know, then the woman working would pick up something off the floor and then proceeded to touch the food waiting to be put out to your customers without washing her hands, and let me tell you that would never happen at the BK that I often go to in Malden mass.
