    We needed to buy a new gas range and we went to Lowes.This was my husbands first time there. We found the stove and were helped by one of workers in less than 5 minutes walking into that isle.We were in and out so fast with a new stove we couldn’t believe it. The only downsize was that my husband was dissapointed he didn;t get a chance to look around more. Will be going back soon so he can have a better look.

    I had a broken coping saw and went in to have it replaced as it is covered under the lifetime warrantee for Kobalt tools but Lowes no longer sells this tool under the Kobalt brand. The sales associate was more than happy to exchange for a Irwin brand coping saw. This was great customer service!

    Got an upright freezer at Lowe’s. The only constructive comment is that the 2 hour delivery window needs to be set and conveyed to the customer at least the night prior. People need to be able to plan their day and need to know the 2 hour time frame sooner than the morning of delivery. With my schedule I also do not appreciate a 7:15 a.m. call the morning of delivery identifying that the 2 hour window will be noon to 2:00 p.m.

    We decided to go to your east York, pa location because we are moving there shortly. We were looking to buy a refrigerator for our new home. However we waited an hour and a half for someone to help us. We even looked for someone. Nobody wanted to help. The “manager” came back to the appliance section twice and ignored us. We left very very disgusted. The store wasn’t busy. Just tons of employees standing around notminterested in customer service at all. Iam an assistant store manager at a retail store and am disgusted by this. Nobody should wait an hour and half and walk out without being helped. We just left the Home Depot down the street. We waited 10 minutes. Bought a refrigerator and they even accepted the 10% off Lowe’s coupon we planned on using at your store. Unfortunately this terrible experience wasn’t the first for us at Lowe’s. But I can assure you it will be the last. Home Depot just gained a loyal customer tonight.

    I am amazed at how some service reps at Lowe’s go out of their way to make sure you have the items you need for a project, yesterday, a guy name Scott helped me gather many items, me not knowing that much about what I am doing, he saw it and make sure I had everything I needed, and I would recommend him for a raise in a minute, then when I went to check out, Shalonda, has helped me so many times, she should be recognized for her outstanding customer service,

    I visited Lowes today at the Charleston WV 25309 store. I had help finding everything I need and very friendly and professional way from Rob the manager. He was great! I will be returning to this Lowes location more often.

    I was helped by a young man in the outside department his name was Tyler he was polite and ask if I needed help directed me to the items I was looking for and helped me get them and took them to my car for me. I appreciated his help and knowledge . Thank you Tyler I would give you 10 out of 10

    We purchased a new Maytag washer and dryer to replace our 20 + year old Sears model. Our sales man could not have been anymore professional and friendly. O pleasure to do business with!!

    I was looking for clay flower pots and was having trouble locating them. A young man
    from the register told me where they were, however, when I found them I could not reach them. Another gentleman told me that they would send someone to help me. Help
    arrived, smiling in no time flat. I certainly appreciate the effort in helping me with some items which were not very costly but one would think they cost a fortune.
    Great customer service. I go often but it is my husbands “toy store”.

    I recently bought some wall stone from Lowe’s on a Monday and was told that delivery would be on a Sat. 6 days later ?? Sat. came and no delivery so I call at noon and they said it would be on Monday, and someone would call and let me know when. Monday came and NO ONE called, so at 10:30 I called and they said that it would be that day but could not say when !! Guess what NO DELIVERY THAT DAY !! I waited until noon the next day with no call or delivery, so I went to the store and canceled !! Both days i had a person lined up to help me with laying the stones as I am 86 and unable to do it myself !!! Lowe’s does not reimburse for that !!

    For the past 5 years Lowe’s has gotten to where they are not worth shopping because of VERY POOR SERVICE !! They have also LOST a good customer that has shopped your stores since they have been in Baton Rouge !!!

    I want to thank Anthony Lockett for outstanding work and professionalism. He was helping me with my door installation project even being working for another department. I’ve signed contract and he explained to me all details. Very nice and knowligble guy. I am disable veteran. For me great customer service means a lot.     Amy in the garden center at I-10 and Callaghan was amazing. She helped me find my items with ease and was extremely nice. Also, took the time to explain future products for my gardening projects. Best experience I’ve had at Lowe’s. Thanks Amy, you rock!

    Customer service was awful today. For a moment, I thought I was at Home Depot. Mary in returns was very unprofessional and so was the supervisor over the area. If this continues, you will probably be following Sears and Toys R Us.

    We had a representative by the name of Jim Meredith in the flooring dept.
    He went beyond the call of duty for us as we are senior citizens. He actually took a sample off the wall so I could feel more comfortable with my purchase. I bought it hen flooring for $1,025.75. My receipt was 12664 0297 080
    He made both my husband and myself feel very comfortable with our purchase without making us feel pressured.
