    Hello, I was recently in the Marion store. What a clumsy layout it now has. How can the check out be in the middle of the store. How does that make sense? And having to get all the purchases checked at the exit. How can this be effective and efficient? Hate it. Will be avoiding Kmart in the future.

    I live 10 minutes away from kmart .kmart always satisfieds my need also wife too especially my children love their toys easy to find things kmart is 100% on point with their staff also when you need help they call it in right away i think the customer service their is fantastic i truley enjoys going to kmart .2150 s.     I was at your store 7471 in Placerville Calif on Saturday April 21st. I stopped in on just a whim to pick up a set of twin sized sheets for my day bed, and went looking through your garden department and saw a set of beautiful wrought iron chairs on sale. I loved them but I could not find the table to go with it. I asked if the table was in the back, so the girl went and looked, and couldn’t find one to match. Sophie went and asked her manager Laura to help.I waited about 20 mins and went to look for them, as I was ready to go and was going to just try and but it online later. They were climbing down from the top shelves as they had finally found the whole set still in the boxes, so I didn’t have to take the display ones!Then they helped me take it out to my car and load it for me as I am disabled. These 2 ladies were most kind and extremely helpful in every way possible.So a huge pat on the back for Sophie and Laura your store personal! Thanks so much for having such caring employees, Jeani.

    I used to love the experience shopping with Kmart that when stores around me closed, I decided to give their online shop a try. Never again! The items I received were not what I had ordered. And the return process was such a huge headache, I ended up keeping my items to regift, instead of dealing with the hassle of Kmart.

    The products are great but upon checkouts the cashier was not familiar with my coupon and the supervisor seems unfriendly. To maintain customers it needed a lot of good employee so that the customer will go back to shop again. Please train more the cashier to be aware of using coupon.

    Customer Service at the register (cashier) was not friendly, did not take time for me to get my customer rewards card phone #. Seems as if she did not want to be bothered with customers because she was all into her cellphone at the register. Otherwise when it came to the merchandise and finding things it was everthing I needed and easy to find

    I must say that the ladies room at KMart Store 4399 is disgusting and nasty. No toilet seat liners, no hand soap and no paper towels. And would it hurt to clean the dirty floors? Do the employees periodically (or ever) check the rest rooms? Also, as long as the customer has a receipt and the items have not been worn or used, why can’t we get a refund or at least a store credit? Your 30-day limit on refunds/exchanges is not in the customer’s best interest nor does it benefit the customer in any way.

    After not receiving my medication for two days waiting for that druggist to call the doctor to re-order my prescription I go to pick them up and there is a girl waiting on me chewing bubblegum blowing bubbles she had nails about 3 inches long and was talking on the phone all at the same time while she was checking me out it was very very unprofessional and disturbing I’m taking all my medications and I’m going to Sam’s Club with them

    Don’t buy heavy item online. i bought a table tennis table online and asked for delivery. they use TNT. i have contacted TNT for a late delivery they told me i need to be there for helping them to move the item because it is a heavy item. i believe not many people willing to take a dayoff at home on the weekdays to help THEM for their job. So i asked for a refund.

    How upsetting and disappointing when I wanted to exchange a blouse I bought and was told that Kmart’s policy was no returns or exchanges after 30 days. I had spent $129 six weeks before and had the receipt but NO NO NO cannot do this The value of blouse was $10. I have been a customer with Sears over 40 years and also Kmart. What a shame what has happened to these companies. Since the blouse did not fit I left it at the service counter…

    This is the most disgusting kmart ive ever been in! I went to buy dog treats and found a shelf full of bugs. I showed an employee a picture i took while in the pet section and he did absolutely nothing!

    Sam was amazing. I was after 5 wooden planter boxes and she knew what I wanted, put them aside for me in a cage and did it with genuine interest. It was a relief to have this customer service in Darwin at a store (Coolalinga) that feels like you’re in Sydney. Thank you Sam for being attentive and for giving a damn about what I wanted to buy and that I was travelling to a Kmart store further than one that’s close to me to buy.

    Was st your store today the cashier waited on me needs to know how to count money I told her she made mistake with my change but said no she was more interested in the next customer about who was on the beach I won’t be visiting this store again her name was Aurora

    Got charged $8 for refund on a credit note because i did not have docket yet pants that were wrong shape had tags still on them. My $20 turned into $12. Yes i agree registers in middle of the store dum..but i understand good for security but customers need baskets and trollies to shop in middle of store too

    On July 26, 2017 I was returning 2 pairs of Kmart Basic Edition jeans, I had the wrong size. I was turned away as I did not have my receipt. I only wanted an even exchange jeans for jeans, the ones in my Kmart bag still have all of their Kmart logos and tags on them. They had been a gift for my granddaughters June 27 birthday. wrong size so Grandma bought them back so she could get size she wanted and I like the Basic Edition cut so I figured I’d exchange for my size. I left feeling accused of some inappropriate action and will no longer shop Kmart or Sears.

    Ok I paid for and ordered items online thru PayPal, for these items I did get a confirmation of

    order

    was received via email, well 1 hour…2 hours…..have passed and still no pick up validation via

    email. How long does it take for an associate to secure these items and have them ready for pickup

    at least 30 minutes or less? I could have saved more time if I went to the store in person or had

    them shipped to my home. Someone needs to take another look at this process or this store location,

    as for it is not convenient to me or anyone else, and after all that time the items I order and paid

    for were not even in stock at the store which it said it was online. So now after my pick up person

    went to the store 2 or more hours after ordering multiple products, she came back with out any of

    the paid for products….. she was told that the items were not in stock and will have to be order

    from another store….I should have went to that store and made my purchase. If the store promotes

    it had it in stock or at least their inventory correct (“inventory count not correct points to a few

    things, Retail Theft or out the back door”) or if any one does inventory and if it says available

    for in-store pick up that in my mind falls under false Advertisement. I will make a trip to that

    location that I didn’t intend to make after my operation, to visit the store in person and cancel

    the entire order. ( Not the first issue with this store) BAD store or poorly trained associates? or

    poor Management? or both? CANCEL MY ORDER, I will pass this along to Social Media so that no

    one else has to deal with this unobserver insight on this store……my suggestion………..shut it

    down and do the people of this Community a FAVOR…..

    I went to Kmart Poughkeepsie new York STORE (3396)today needed help getting a comforter set in twin size could not reach, look for an employee to get help could not find one went to the womans department found and employee by the name of Maritzia, she needs to be complimented on her customer service. I asked her for help, she was more then happy to help even though it wasn’t her department she went in the back of the store got the ladder stairs to check and see if the size I needed was on the top shelf. any other employee would have told me they would get somebody in that department..kmart needs more employees like her . Maritzia needs to be recognized for her great customer service. I also told the lady working the service desk about Maritzia and she acted like she couldn’t be bother she just said ok… thanks again to Maritzia for all her help…..

    The customer service at Kmart in Bohemia N.Y sucked, the Cashier Dominic was rude and didn’t necessarily have any customer service skills. I will go back to the store but I will avoid his line when I go. If I could give this kid 0 stars I would but sadly I can’t.

    Great Customer Service at the Portland, TX Store. First time shopping at this location and it was nothing short of a pleasure. The management and staff were so very polite in assisting me to ensure my transaction went smoothly. This incredibly nice gesture was far beyond my expectations, and I am delighted to experience such great customer service. Thanks again and most definitely top notch service here!

    I arrived very early at 8 a.m. at the local Kmart store in Herndon Virginia and I was greeted with smiles from all of the cashiers and service desk staff. I completed a Western Union with Noreen the service desk associate in no time and she was so very courteous, polite and made me feel very welcomed in the store as a customer. I stayed in the store and continued shopping for an additional hour. It was an awesome experience and I will be telling all of my friends about my experience. Thank you

    The customer service associate Noreen was extremely courteous, very personable, very kind and very helpful with my returning a pair of new jeans that I had just purchased the day before that had ripped unexpectedly. She was very understanding, very apologetic and I exchanged the jeans and was once again a very happy customer. I will tell everyone that I know about my experience at Kmart.
