I’m trying to take your guest survey. I’ve tried going in about 8 different ways. Still I am unable to take survey. When it’s this difficult to help Target by completing a survey. Why would your customers bother. This really got frustrating and quite ridiculous. Maybe next trip to Target. I’ll try again

Experience terrible! I get hounded too much with getting a Target credit card! The man was relentless and when I told him I was fine he kept tasking too many questions and wouldn’t stop! When I told him I was paying fir everything together and had three piled seoerated fir my college students he told me I was picky but I was the boss! He just kept on and on! Target you are ruining the experience in your store in Winter Garden Fl by letting your cashiers badger the customer!

Glenn (a manager) at the Silver Creek, San Jose store was extremely helpful in expediting an important issue that I had with my gift cards after I had given him a critical time constraint for resolution on 3/08/18. I was very appreciative in that he was able to accommodate me.

Also kudos to Jesus who accompanied me to my car afterwards.

I love the cashier personal service. Target cashiers are so frienly. I hate that some stores are going automated. Self check out always takes me longer, especially with larger grocery purchases. Forget Walmart I’ll shop Target.

Took my 87 year old physically challenged neighbor Tonia to Target in Pico Rivera, Ca. On 1-25-18. I’m commenting on her behalf. She was very impressed with the service Jesse in Electronics gave her. She was looking at landline phones, he was very thorough in explaining the difference between the brands. He made a suggestion to her based on her need, she bought it and it works perfectly for her. She wanted me to acknowledge his attentive service he gave her.

I went to the Target on Rockwell last night. I was assisted by a lady named Catherine. She helped me greatly with the gift registry. When I came back after making my selections, she again helped me in several other ways!! She was sweet and very knowledgeable! Her patience was endless!!! :)
I want to make sure that everyone knows that she went out of her way to be helpful and kind! I am sure to go to her again when I need some help in the future!
    Way to go sweet Catherine!

Settled for one that twas too large, better than nothing for 5 bucks..

Everything moved around and hard to find stuff especially clothes. Next year all new clothing lines. Can’t keep up

I was at target earlier today. THe cashier was an IDIOT! she was more interested in what i was buying and the reason why i was buying it. She wasnt even paying attention to the register. Plus, she was harassing me about the “target red card”, that i told her that she should pay attention to what she was doing. I am really disappointed in Target.

    Target Woodfield in Schaumburg Illinois.
I went in yesterday morning to return and pick up some items. I unfortunately had many things to return. A young girl with glasses and curly hair was helping me.
She was doing my return, she kept getting asked for help by coworkers and she never once hesitated to help and would tell me sorry and to give her a moment. Now to ther people that may have been inconvenient or rude for her to stop and help others but that’s what great customer service, helping your peers and getting it done fast.
I’m not sure of her name or if she was a manager, but she deserves to get some recognition. She was extremely helpful and nice.

I wanted to compliment several employees at Tustin Target but “new” survey requires download I can’t do at work or public computers. Forget the sweepstakes. In the over 50 years I have worked, I know how I’ve appreciated customer complements. Guess it’s back to filling in little postcards. Happy Holidays…

I had to return a few items on 12/06/17 to the Jackson Target at The Crossing. I was helped by the front end manager ( I found out because I asked him if he was). He worked so hard to get my receipts to work in the computer. He nor I could figure out why the machine would not scan the correct amounts into the computer system. During this time while he’s trying, he explains everything to me, answers two calls on his walkie and with each call I hear someone say, “He’s busy contact….” and each time this gentleman answered with, “It’s ok, I can help and do this.” And, he did!! I didn’t have to wait an extra minute. Then an employee approached him and was upset because she forgot to punch in. While working on my transaction, he calmed her anxiety by telling her it was ok, and, he explained to her what to do to correct it. The employee apologized and he assured her again that it was not a problem. The relieved employee walked away and my transaction was done. I had to take a minute to tell him how impressed I was with his managerial skills, and so much patience and kindness toward all who needed him. Kudos to this young man. A bright spot in my day when so many people are only concerned about their immediate needs and are not so kind anymore!! Thank you! You are a very special man!! Target is lucky to have you as one of their managers.

I visited Target in Plymouth, minnesota. I was in the grocery isle, and needed help looking for a few items. Luckily, there was an employee, named Faith, who not only told me where the items were, but took me to the items. It was the best experience I’ve ever had

management is horrible they fire new employees for being “too slow” and they think the employee “doesnt want to be there” when there’s is obviously other people that are slower and people that dont care. They didnt call said employee to let them know that they messed up a weeks schedule on a day they were off so the employee came in on the hours that the messed up schedule and they sent the employee home. they also marked the employee a no call no show the day they had off and the day they came in at the wrong time without a single call to let them know. the day the employee had off was because they had an appointment they they needed to go to (couldnt be rescheduled) and the store didnt have them put in the days they needed off at orientation or even when they started the employee had to wait two weeks before they were given a sign on and shown how to request off, that was 3 days before the day the employee needed off and they still scheduled that employee and just told them to call off that day. two days later they fired the employee. I agree the store is nice and the team members are nice but morally the management at that store is messed up. The employee is living paycheck to paycheck same as many people in this world. But you know target doesnt think about people going homeless when they fire them after they already mess up too. That employee kept up the pace with the people the employee was put with and on their own went faster. why didnt the person that messed up the schedule get fired? why didnt they call the employee to let them know the new schedule? thank you target for not helping the world be a better place. i will post this again and again until something is done. they obviously dont care about certain employees and dont give chances or even let someone know how to improve. This is the Mechanicsburg, Pa Target on the Carlisle Pike

Customer service sucked today at Target University Charlotte, NC. Myself and another family went to the cafe to grab lunch and shop. Upon arriving to café was closed. However I am seeing Sarah so she is standing around laughing and talking. I asked to speak to the manager who name was Troy. He offer absolutely no assistance other than she gone to lunch. Hello that is what I was trying to do shopping at Target. What ever happened to exceptional customer service?

This was only the 3rd time I had ever been in a Target. Upon entering, I asked the greeter where to find the aisle with Keurig Coffee Makers. The kind man escorted me to the other end of the store to them. While looking at my options, I realized the one I chose (based on price) was the display without any shelved product. I picked up the Red Courtesy Phone across the main aisle, and an associate was with me within 20 seconds. I asked if there were any in the back, and if not, I was willing to purchase the “floor model”. He checked and politely informed me they were out of stock, and that as per policy, displays could not be sold, as their internal mechanisms had been removed. He then took the time to speak with me, ans he quickly grasped my situation. He then pointed out a Mr. Coffee by Keurig that retailed at $120; the only price I had seen. Your associate showed me that this specific item was Clearance prices at 49.98. I had a $25 Gift Card, so despite my limited means (my husband is a Disabled Vet, who became disabled whilst actively serving on a Navy Mission), I was able to buy the machine. My husband has wanted one for years, and when I brought it home, I saw true joy and happiness in his eyes- a rarity these days. I wish I had caught the Associate’s name, because he helped me create a beautiful experience for my dear husband. This took place on September 14, 2017 at approximately 4:30/5pm. Based on this experience, although the Target closest to me is a half hour drive, I will be making the drive often. Your team changed my perception of Target
