    More than very satisfied, Tyler in sporting goods was very helpfull in our purchase. Check out lady Madeline very polit and cheerful. Made the shopping experience very pleasant. I’m a repeat customer due to these two employees.

    I purchased a pair of Merrill Hiking shoes on Friday, May 4th. I was helped by Otis who was very helpful and had a very courteous and positive attitude. When I tried walking in these shoes, I found I needed one size larger. I exchanged the shoes on Sunday, May 6th. Both Kevin and Otis were extremely helpful in arranging the exchange. I am now a loyal customer of Dicks Sporting Goods. Thank you.

    Terra at the Saugus,MA store gave outstanding service to us on 2/24/18. We were interested in an exercise bike and she took a great deal of time in showing us what what available, answered our questions, advised us as to possible ways to get the bike home, ( my husband and I are seniors) She was knowledgeable, kind and thorough. A credit to Dick’s. Thanks, Terra !

    Kyle at Danbury dicks is A1 for service. Really knows his stuff. I knew nothing about fishing when I went in and was a seasoned pro when I walked out. Highly recommend. Thanks Kyle.

    I was recently in your Town Square Mall, Vestal, New York store. I can not express enough how extremely disappointed I am with the outcome. I went to the store with a egift card from The North Face to purchase a pair of winter boots. I was told by the store manager that the store had no way of honoring the card. I feel it was a very poor way of doing business and left the store dissatisfied and not wanting to return. I have since found out by talking to friends that there have been other incidences where there are many local people that will no longer shop at Dick’s.

    I just wanted to comment on the service at the store in Sandy Springs near Perimeter
    Mall. Robert, the associate, went above and beyond to help me find the item in the store
    that I needed. At check out, Trenace was very pleasant and efficient.

    My experience at the Dewitt,NY location and with the customer service # was very bad. Because the stock of sizes in children’s sneakers is always so limited at this location I had to buy the display. The condition of the sneakers were visibly not new. They were shop worn. When I asked for a discount for the shop worn sneakers I was told that they would not discount. I contacted customer service to share my experience and the customer service representative literally enraged me. She was rude and obviously my call was being heard by others in the background as they were laughing and commenting.

    I can’t say enough good things about Tommy at the store in Cordova Tn. My son left my pair of $200 Costa sunglasses and his nice Fossil watch, Tommy found them and let the manager know about them and kept them for 2 days until we noticed they were missing. I called up there and Tommy put them in a safe place until we came up there to pick them up. Tommy revived my trust in good honest people.

    Earl, at your East Hanover, NJ store, could not have been more helpful. I was looking for a rowing machine and the only one they had was a damaged floor model, but he took the time to contact the company and get them to match the marked-down price and to have a new one sent to my home. Very excellent customer service. Thank you

    I shopped in your Pittsfield MA store for hiking boots for my husband and myself.
    The Best salesman assisted us. His name is Kadeem.
    You are lucky to have him working for you. He actually is the best shoe sales person I’ve ever experienced.

    had a great time at Dicks Polaris, Ohio. Employee Tricia greeted my wife and I as we entered. Tricia answered our questions and took us to the departments we needed to go to. She assisted my wife and I and made sure we got the correct sportswear. She was friendly and helpful.
    I would rate her as 5 or higher. I will definitely be back.

    Rodney in the golf section was a very nice man in Ormond Beach DicksSporting. He helped me when I needed to order an item for football. I will be going back there to buy more stuff. 10/10 would buy there stuff again.

    Elijah helped my son tremendously picking the correct basketball and equipment. He was very motivational to my son about staying positive and getting back into basketball after a concussion.
    The cashier was also courteous and friendly.

    the person that check me out was not friendly she was standing at the door i didn’t know if she work there or not but then she check us out not very helpful the guy in the golf department was very helpful and friendly were in the Vineland new Jersey store 4/7/2017
