    I have never been so mad in a store as I was about 1/2 hour ago in Advance Auto Parts. This store is in West Ashley, SC & is on Ashley River Road. I pulled up & two women were outside going to smoke a cigarette. One woman for sure was an employee,both wearing black shirts, but I couldn’t see a logo on the other woman shirt. Then another employee (a man) came out. So I go in & there isn’t anybody to help me because they’re all outside. I am a woman & I not sure where to look for what I needed. I say “hello can I get some help” nobody at all in the store!!! I start to go outside & get one of these people when the man peeked his head in. I said” can I get some help please?” I don’t think he could move any slower, & by this time I’m already mad. I’m looking for lawn mower oil & he says it’s over there on that isle. I say ” can you show me?” Then I’m walking out & the two women are still standing there & now a man who is drinking one of those large cans of beer. Huh!! No wonder I couldn’t get any help, it’s a party outside of Advance Auto. What a bunch of crap!!! I will never go to that store again. And believe me I will tell everybody I know. Those people should all be fired.

    Orlando F. wasn’t helpful at all. Kinda rude. When I asked for a bag, he just gave it to me. I was expecting better customer service but I didn’t get it.

    I went to your store #02672 on 6/2/2018 and ask the service tech if he could check the 2 batteries that I had purchased previously from this store that were leaking acid as well as my alternator. He informed me that I would have to wait while he assisted the other guest in the store. He also told me that I would have to take the alternator out of the truck to be checked. I waited while he assisted 4 or 5 more customers before leaving the store. Two batteries and an alternator would have run $500.00 to $600.00 but he chose to brush me off. You might want to retrain your staff to assist your returning customers…..or not!

    I visited Alliance Ohio Advance Auto which I have visited in the past. I found the product I needed and upon check out the female associate rang up the sale. I stated that I had visited Advance website and that the product was shown to be on sale for less that the price she rang up. She then went over to the shelf and found the product and stated that you buy two for ten dollars. I indicated I only wanted one bottle. She replied then it would cost 7.99. I stated that website shows on sale at $5.00. She then stated (in a rude tone of voice) “I’m not on line”. She then stated ‘I don’t make the rule”. I asked if she could check the website. She did check and stated it was on sale. Never apologized for her remark(s) or that she was wrong, only made excuses ‘They don’t tell us what’s on sale’. Total unprofessional lacking customer service skills. Off all the visits to Advance Auto over the years, I have never encountered a rude associate. They have all went above and beyond to make the customer feel appreciated and always very helpful. This female associate needs some additional training.

    Went Advanced Auto Parts,Alvin, Tx. Manager “Gilbert”, very polite,courteous,suggesting specials on wiper blades, installed wiper blades. I strongly recommend Alvin, Tx.     I ordered a part on April 5, 2018. I still have not received. The order number is 90250864 and part number is 172392. I have went online and voiced my problem through the contact info chatting with 4 different individuals. I cannot get them to understand UPS says my package is lost. I have paid for the part but have not received.

    Me as myself I love going there, there equipment is at a really good price and there customer service is amazing, Advance Auto parts is so far my favorite store, there is no wait the staffs are so helpful and friendly and if there’s ever a problem they are there to help you out and help you out on what your looking for

    I had to put my own battery in and second no coupons for 100.00 more spending. My battery cost 152.24 ! Store 07895 Jonathan C really doesn’t help.

    Bad Costomer Service I order a parts they said its going to be ready today I go to pick it up than not there yet and I called them to find out if the part is there already they said yes and when I go there to pick it up still not there wasting my time store location NW 12Ave and 36th street Miami Fl last time purchase in autozone
